Back by popular demand!!!  We LOVE Burly wines and Hank McCrorie!  It has been our absolute pleasure to work with Hank and his Burly wines for almost 20 years.  He and his daughter-in-law Lynette have graciously agreed to join us for an unforgettable wine dinner at Encore Ristorante on May 7, and we feel honored. 

Hank McCrorie served as VP of Sales and Marketing for Pfizer for 40 years before retiring to Napa and creating Burly Winery.  He is from Hickory, NC, and he played football at Lenoir Rhyne College.  He is an amazing human, wonderfully kind, crazy smart, and produces some of Taylor's Wine Shop's favorite go-to Napa Cabernets.  

We are thrilled to be partnering with our dear friends at Encore for this four course paired meal.  Chef John and his all-star staff have made this one of Raleigh's IT restaurants, and the menu is sure to be superb.  When paired with Burly Cabs from the esteemed 2023 vintage from Coomsbville in Napa Valley, this is sure to be show stopping.
